"Abby has been a lifesaver for me during this pregnancy"- MC
Certified Massage Therapy for Expecting and Post-partum Moms
Congratulations on your little one! Pregnancy and the Post-partum period is SUCH an dynamic time in your life, you are on an incredible and challenging journey! I have four kids of my own and understand what you are going through- the ups, the downs, the in-betweens of pregnancy, kids, and life as a mom!
I am a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist. This means that your massage with me is backed by additional course work, research and demonstration of my knowledge of pregnancy, prenatal and post-partum massage.
I am passionate about helping your pregnancy, and the all too often overlooked post-partum period, be as smooth and carefree as possible.
You can have more energy with less aches and pains, you can feel less anxious and you can feel more ready to start your Motherhood journey. Massage therapy can help!
Many moms find that receiving massage at the same frequency as their prenatal doctor appointments works well, increasing in frequency as they get closer to their due date. Some like to come for a massage on the same day as their doctor appointment when they are already taking some time off work.
Post-partum massage is highly recommended as you adjust to your new life as a mom or adding a member to your family. You don't need to 'power through' this time. Go easy on yourself. Allow yourself time to recover and recharge.
A gift certificate or massage package is a great baby shower gift!
What my clients say
"After every massage I feel relaxed and pampered. Abby is knowledgeable and I know I am in good hands!"- PS
"I never had a professional massage before and she (Abby) did my first prenatal massage, which I absolutely loved! She really listens to you and your body and you leave feeling so relaxed and taken care of."- SH
